16W Agents of Secretary
(1) Any money received, invested or paid out by an
agent of the Secretary for the purposes of this Part is taken to have been
received, invested or paid out, as the case may be, by the Secretary.
(2) Any
money received by an agent of the Secretary for the purposes of this Part is
taken to have been received by the Secretary on the day that it is received by
the agent.
