12 Lessee not required to pay undisclosed contributions
(1) A provision of a
retail shop lease that requires the lessee to pay or contribute towards the
cost of providing any finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment or services in
or for the shop is void unless the liability to make the payment or
contribution was disclosed in a disclosure statement given to the lessee in
accordance with this Part.
(2) To remove doubt, this section does not apply
to outgoings.
