9 Special meeting of Institute

(1) A special meeting of the Institute for the transaction of any particular business may be called at any time by the Board and must be held on written requisition of at least 20 members given to the President or, in the absence of the President, a Vice President.

(2) The special meeting is to be held within 30 days after the receipt of the requisition by the President or, in the absence of the President, a Vice President.

(3) At least 7 days’ notice of the time and place of any special meeting as well as the business to be transacted is to be given in accordance with the by-laws.
