Annual general meeting of Institute
8 Annual general meeting of Institute
(1) The Board is to call an annual general meeting of the Institute as soon as
practicable after the completion of each financial year of the Institute.
(2)
A quorum for an annual general meeting is 10 members.
(3) The Institute is to
elect the directors of the Board at the annual general meeting in accordance
with this Act and the by-laws.
