ROYAL INSTITUTE FOR DEAF AND BLIND CHILDREN ACT 1998 - SECT 7
Membership of Institute
(1) The members of the Institute are persons who have been admitted to
membership of the Institute by the Board in accordance with the by-laws.
(2)
A register of members is to be kept by the Institute in such place and is to
include such information as is prescribed by the by-laws.
