ROYAL INSTITUTE FOR DEAF AND BLIND CHILDREN ACT 1998 - SECT 10
Board of Institute
(1) The Institute is to have a Board consisting of no more than 15 directors
who are members of the Institute.
(2) The Board has the control of the
affairs of the Institute subject to any by-laws and has such other functions
as may be conferred or imposed on the Board by or under this or any other Act.
(3) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on the behalf of, the
Institute by the Board is taken to have been done by the Institute.
(4)
Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the directors.
(5) Schedule 2 has
effect with respect to the procedure of the Board.
