ROAD IMPROVEMENT (SPECIAL FUNDING) ACT 1989 - SECT 3

3 Definitions

In this Act:
"Authority" means Roads and Maritime Services constituted under the Transport Administration Act 1988 .
"financial year" means a period of 12 months commencing on 1 July.
"Roads Fund" means the Roads and Maritime Services Fund established under the Transport Administration Act 1988 .
