Application of this Division
62V Application of this Division
(1) This Division applies to land on which
a designated fire trail or registered fire trail is situated.
(2) This
Division applies whether or not a complaint is made under Division 5 in
relation to the matter concerned.
Note 1 : The term
"fire trail rectification work" is defined in the Dictionary at the end of
this Act.
Note 2 : Section 62ZP includes power to enter and inspect land in
connection with this Division.
