Register of certified fire trails
62O Register of certified fire trails
(1) The Commissioner is to keep a
register of certified fire trails.
(2) A copy of the register is to be
published on the NSW Rural Fire Service website.
(3) A certified fire trail
is registered when its name or other identifying description is placed on the
register.
(4) The Commissioner may assign and vary names or other
descriptions of certified fire trails.
