New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who obstructs or hinders or incites or encourages any person to obstruct or hinder the Commissioner, a fire control officer or an officer of a rural fire brigade or group of rural fire brigades in the exercise of the Commissioner’s or officer’s functions under this Act, or any person acting under the direction of any such person, is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
