Treasurer to pay contributions
106 Treasurer to pay contributions
(1) The Treasurer is to pay an annual
contribution to the Fund for each financial year.
(2) The annual contribution
payable is the rural fire brigade funding amount.
(3) The Treasurer may
direct the payment of additional contributions to the Fund, subject to any
terms and conditions approved by the Treasurer.
(4) The annual contribution,
and any additional contributions, are to be paid out of money provided by
Parliament.
