New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAll church trust property for the time being vested in the body corporate shall be held by it on the trusts, if any, expressly declared in respect thereof, and if no such trusts have been expressly declared, on trust for the church: Provided, however, that the powers conferred by section 9 shall be exercisable in relation to all church trust property notwithstanding any trust or provision affecting it in the hands of the body corporate.
