(a) the Council or a member of the Council, or
(b) a member of a committee of the Council, or
(c) an authorised officer, or
(d) a person acting under the direction of the Council,does not subject a member, authorised officer or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purposes of executing this Act.
