(2)
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Governor may, by order
and subject to such conditions as he or she thinks fit--
(b) from time to time
exempt a club or the governing body, secretary or members of a club from any
of the provisions of this Act otherwise applicable in respect of the club or
the governing body, secretary or members of the club.
(7) Nothing in this
section affects the operation of any other provision of this Act expressly
exempting a club from any such provision.
