(a) within one month after amending its rules,
lodge with the Secretary notice of the amendment, and
(b) if requested by the
Secretary, lodge with the Secretary a copy of the rules of the club (other
than the rules contained in section 30 (1) and (2)) and of the amendments
certified as correct by the secretary of the club within one month after the
request.
(2) Notice of an amendment or a copy of the rules and amendments may
be lodged electronically or in another manner approved by the Secretary.
