17AL Statement relating to proposed de-amalgamation
(1) If an amalgamated club is proposing to de-amalgamate, the club must
prepare a statement containing the information required by the regulations in
relation to the proposed de-amalgamation.
(2) Any such statement must be made
available in the manner required by the regulations.
