RACING APPEALS TRIBUNAL ACT 1983 - SECT 10

Term of office

10 Term of office

Subject to this Act, a person appointed as:

(a) the Tribunal, or
shall hold office for such period, not exceeding 3 years, as may be specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible (if otherwise qualified) for re-appointment.
