New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the Authority, the Board or a member of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, a member of an advisory committee appointed under this Act, or a person acting under the direction of the Authority, the Board or the Chief Executive Officer does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted in good faith for the purpose of executing this or any other Act, subject the member of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the member of the advisory committee or the person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
