REDFERN-WATERLOO AUTHORITY ACT 2004 - SECT 33
Matters affecting the Aboriginal Housing Company and “the Block”
(1) The Minister or a nominee of the Minister is to consult with the
Aboriginal Housing Company and other relevant representatives of the
Aboriginal community on issues and strategies affecting, or the long-term
strategic vision for, the Block (and its immediate area).
(2) In this
section:
"Aboriginal Housing Company" means the Aboriginal Housing Company (ACN 001 154
481) incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth.
"the Block" means the area of land bounded by Eveleigh, Caroline, Louis and
Vine Streets, Redfern.
