REDFERN-WATERLOO AUTHORITY ACT 2004 - SECT 10
Chief Executive Officer
(1) The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management
of the affairs of the Authority in accordance with the specific policies and
general directions of the Board.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the
name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by the Chief Executive Officer is
taken to have been done by the Authority.
