New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Minister may delegate to any public servant, or to any person (or class of persons) prescribed by the regulations, any function conferred on the Minister under this Act other than:
(a) this power of delegation, and
(b) the appointment of authorised officers for the purposes of section 11.
