RACING ADMINISTRATION ACT 1998 - SECT 19
Authorised sports betting bookmakers
(1) The Minister may, in writing, authorise a licensed bookmaker to take bets,
on any sports betting events specified in the authorisation, at any
licensed racecourse.
(2) An application for a sports betting authority is to
be made to the Minister in the manner approved by the Minister.
