RACING ADMINISTRATION ACT 1998 - SECT 19
Authorised betting event bookmakers
(1) The Minister may, in writing, authorise a licensed bookmaker to take bets,
on any declared betting events specified in the authorisation, at any
licensed racecourse.
(2) An application for a betting authority is to be made
to the Minister in the manner approved by the Minister.
