New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf any party entitled to a right of way over any road so interfered with by the Constructing Authority suffers any special damage because the Constructing Authority fails to cause another sufficient road to be made before it interferes with the existing road, such party may recover the amount of such special damage from the Constructing Authority in the Supreme Court.
