PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1912 - SECT 6

6 Definitions

In this Division, unless the context or subject-matter otherwise indicates or requires:
"Clerk" means Clerk of Assembly, or any officer acting in his or her place.
"Member" means member of the Legislative Assembly.
"Speaker" means Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
