POINT TO POINT TRANSPORT (TAXIS AND HIRE VEHICLES) ACT 2016 - SECT 93
Changes to notice by authorised officer
(1) An authorised officer may make minor changes to a notice-- (a) for
clarification, or
(b) to correct errors or references, or
(c) to reflect
changes of address or other circumstances.
(2) An authorised officer may
also, in accordance with section 86, extend the compliance period for an
improvement notice.
