53E Recommendations arising from investigations
(1) The Minister, in consultation with TfNSW, may, by order in writing, direct
a person who carries on a public passenger service by means of a ferry to
comply with a recommendation contained in a report provided to the Minister
under section 46BBA (1) 46BG.
(2) A person who, without reasonable excuse,
fails to comply with an order of the Minister under this section is guilty of
an offence.
