52 Applications to Civil and Administrative Tribunal
(1) Any person whose application under Part 2 has been refused, or whose
accreditation or authority has been varied, suspended or cancelled may apply
to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review under
the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of the refusal, variation,
suspension or cancellation.
