PASSENGER TRANSPORT ACT 1990 - SECT 35A

35A Exemptions regarding networks

(1) TfNSW may, by order in writing or by the terms or conditions of an authorisation under this Division, exempt an accredited taxi-cab operator from the provisions of section 30 (1) (c) or section 31G or both.

(2) Nothing in this section affects any other power of exemption under this Act.
