PASSENGER TRANSPORT ACT 1990 - SECT 35

35 Designated directors and managers of corporations

For the purposes of this Part:

(a) a corporation may nominate, and TfNSW may accept the nomination of, any number of its directors or managers as designated directors or managers, and

(b) further nominations may be made and accepted from time to time, and

(c) a person so nominated becomes a designated director or manager, but only when TfNSW certifies acceptance of the nomination.
