PASSENGER TRANSPORT ACT 1990 - SECT 34F

34F Variation, suspension or cancellation of authorisation

(1) Having regard to the purpose of authorisation under this Division, TfNSW may at any time vary, suspend or cancel any person’s authorisation under this Division.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), TfNSW may vary, suspend or cancel a person’s authorisation under this Division for failure to pay a financial sanction imposed on the person under the standards under this Division.

(3) The authorisation of a corporation is automatically cancelled when there is no designated director or manager.
