New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere:
(a) a person is imprisoned in a participating State,
(b) the person is the subject of an arrest warrant issued in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, and
(c) the Attorney-General of the participating State has given a notice, in writing, to the Attorney General that the Attorney-General of the participating State has consented to a request made by the person to be transferred to New South Wales to enable the person to be dealt with according to law,the Attorney General shall either refuse to consent, or consent, to the transfer and shall give to the Attorney-General of the participating State notice, in writing, of the Attorney General’s refusal or consent.
