PARRAMATTA STADIUM TRUST ACT 1988 - SECT 9

9 Delegation

(1) The Trust may delegate to:

(a) one or more of the trustees, or

(b) a committee established under section 7, or

(c) an employee of the Trust,

any of its functions, other than this power of delegation.

(2) The Chairperson of the Trust may delegate to:

(a) any other trustee, or

(b) a committee established under section 7, or

(c) an employee of the Trust,

any of the functions delegated to the Chairperson by the Trust, subject to any conditions to which the delegation to the Chairperson is subject.
