New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe trust land is, by this section, vested in the Trust for an estate in fee simple subject to any trusts, estates, interests, dedications, conditions, restrictions, covenants and provisions affecting that land immediately before the commencement of this section.
