PARRAMATTA STADIUM TRUST ACT 1988 - SECT 13

13 Financial accommodation and investment

Without limiting the operation of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 , the Trust may obtain financial accommodation, effect financial adjustments and make investments under and subject to that Act for the purpose of enabling the Trust to exercise its functions.
