PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYMENT AND MANAGEMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 4A
The Government Service
(1) The Government Service of New South Wales consists of those persons who
are employed under this Chapter by the Government of New South Wales in the
service of the Crown.
(2) This Chapter does not affect any other means
(statutory or otherwise) by which a person may be employed in the service of
the Crown.
Note: Other ways in which persons are employed in the service of
the Crown include employment in the Teaching Service, the NSW Health Service
or the NSW Police Force.
