10 Creation of Department Head positions

(1988 Act, s 9)

(1) Each position specified in Column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 is taken to be created by virtue of this Act if it is not created by some other Act.

(2) If the title or other description of a position created by virtue of this Act is omitted from Column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (or any such title or other description is amended by an amendment of this Act), the position is taken to be abolished (or correspondingly amended) by virtue of this Act.
