New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Director-General may accept a written undertaking from the holder of a licence or certificate of registration as to the manner in which the holder will exercise functions under the licence or certificate of registration.
Note: Part 12 provides that a breach of such an undertaking is grounds for taking disciplinary action against a person.
