PROPERTY, STOCK AND BUSINESS AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 102
Offence
102 Offence
(1) A licensee must not fail without reasonable excuse (proof of which lies on
the licensee) to comply with a requirement under this Division.
(2) A
licensee must not, in purported compliance with a requirement under this
Division, furnish information that the licensee knows is false or misleading
in a material particular.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
