54 Rules of court
(1) Rules of court may be made with respect to any matter arising under Part
2.
(2) A rule of court may specify: (a) matters relating to section 15, and
(b) the means by which the net current market value of assets may be
determined for the purposes of section 22 or 23.
(3) This section does not
limit the rule-making powers of any court.
