Requirement to provide information
44 Requirement to provide information
(1) The Council may, by notice in writing, require an occupational association
whose members are subject to a scheme in force under this Act or which seeks
the approval of the Council under section 7 to a scheme, or an amendment to or
revocation of a scheme, to furnish information to it which it may reasonably
require in order to exercise its functions.
(2) An occupational association
which does not comply with a notice under this section is guilty of an
offence.
