(a) a salary at the
annual rate of the basic salary,
(b) an additional salary (if any) at an
annual rate calculated as a percentage of the basic salary, being the
percentage specified opposite the relevant office in the second column of
Schedule 1, and
(c) an expense allowance (if any) at an annual rate
calculated as a percentage of the basic salary, being the percentage specified
opposite the relevant office in the third column of Schedule 1.
(2) The
amount of any such additional salary or expense allowance is to be calculated
to the nearest dollar.
(3) A person who holds 2 or more of the offices
specified in Schedule 1 is entitled to the remuneration under this section
that is applicable to only one of them, whichever has the greater or greatest
such remuneration.
(4) The regulations may amend or substitute Schedule 1.
