PRICES REGULATION ACT 1948 - SECT 9
Powers of Tribunal on inquiry
(1) For the purposes of an inquiry, the Tribunal may: (a) summon witnesses,
(b) take evidence on oath, and
(c) require the production of documents, books
and papers.
(2) Witnesses summoned in pursuance of subsection (1) may be paid
such fees and allowances as are fixed by the Governor or as are prescribed.
