New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Tribunal may by order require any person who sells or has for sale any declared goods the maximum price of which is fixed by or under this Act, to attach to, or display with, such of those goods as the Tribunal specifies, a ticket or label in such form as the Tribunal determines, setting forth such particulars relating to those goods as the Tribunal specifies, or otherwise to mark them with those particulars in such manner as the Tribunal determines.
