New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhen any forfeited goods have been sold under paragraph (c) of section 44, the Minister may, under special circumstances, direct that the whole or any portion of the proceeds of the sale of the goods, less any expenses incurred in connection with their seizure, storage and sale, be returned to the person who was the owner of the goods prior to their forfeiture.
