PRICES REGULATION ACT 1948 - SECT 45
Sales by auction
45 Sales by auction
(1) The Tribunal may, by order published in the Gazette or by notice in
writing to any person selling or offering for sale by auction any
declared goods, prohibit such sale or permit such sale on such terms and
conditions as it thinks fit.
(2) A person shall not sell, or offer to sell,
by auction, any declared goods in contravention of any order or notice under
this section.
