it or he or she requires, or
(b) to answer any question put to him or her,
in
relation to any goods or services, whether declared or not, or to any other
matter arising under this Act.
(2) The Tribunal or authorised officer may
require the information to be given, or the question to be answered, on oath
and either orally or in writing, and for that purpose may administer an oath.

subsection (1): (a) refuse or fail to furnish any information or to answer any
question, or
(b) give any information or make any answer which is false in
any particular.
(5) A person shall not be obliged to answer orally any
question or questions unless he or she has first been informed by the Tribunal
or the authorised officer asking the question or questions that he or she is
required and is obliged to answer by virtue of this section.
(6) A person
shall not refuse to furnish any information required or to answer any question
put to him or her pursuant to this section on the ground that his or her so
doing might tend to incriminate him or her or to make him or her liable to any
penalty.
(7) Any answer given orally by any person pursuant to any
requirement under this section after he or she has been informed in the manner
required by subsection (5) shall not be admissible in evidence in any
