"attributed salary of office" means:
(a) in relation to a member of the police force who commutes a superannuation allowance under section 7-the attributed salary of office of the member at the date of retirement or discharge, or
(b) in relation to a member of the police force who commutes a superannuation allowance under section 7AA or 10-the attributed salary of office of the member within the meaning of that section."disabled member of the police force" means a member of the police force who is discharged after being certified, pursuant to section 8 (1) or 10B (1), to be incapable, from an infirmity of mind or body, of personally exercising the functions of a police officer referred to in section 14 (1) of the Police Act 1990 .
