PARRAMATTA PARK TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 23

23 Delegation by the Trust

(1) The Trust may delegate to a trustee, a committee of the Trust or the Director or any other officer of the Trust the exercise of any of its functions, other than this power of delegation.

(2) The person may sub-delegate the exercise of a delegated function to another person if the first-mentioned person is authorised in writing to delegate the function to that person by the Trust.
