PARRAMATTA PARK TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 22
The Director
(1) The Director is responsible for the administration and management of the
trust lands and any services provided in conjunction with the trust lands.
(2) The Director is, in the exercise of the Director’s functions under this
Act, subject to the control and direction of the Trust.
(3) The Director is
to act as secretary to the Trust.
