PARRAMATTA PARK TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 18
Carrying out of plan of management
18 Carrying out of plan of management
(1) A plan of management adopted by the Minister is to be carried out and
given effect to by the Trust.
(2) Nothing in this Part affects the operation
of the Local Government Act 1993 or the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 .
